Aussie Millions Qualifiers Set to begin at Party Poker

The 2010 Aussie Millions is not very far away and many online poker rooms have begun offering online qualifiers. One of those poker rooms is Party Poker. Party Poker is home to the reigning champion of the Aussie Millions Main Event so they are especially excited about the upcoming event. The online poker room is dedicating the months of November and December to the Aussie Millions.
Stewart Scott, the Australia Ambassador of Party Poker is the defending champion of the Main Event and players at Party Poker are being offered a chance to emulate his success. Party Poker is offering their players a chance to win one of twenty five luxury Aussie Millions main event packages.
This package will offer the winner the works. Players will have two chances to win the package when two $600 plus 40 satellites take place on Sunday December 13th. One of the satellites will be timed for Australia and New Zealand based players which will award five packages guaranteed at $12,000. The other satellite will be scheduled for players from the other parts of the world to win one of twenty guaranteed packages worth $15,000.
Party Poker ambassador Stewart Scott said: “I’ve been playing at Party Poker for five years. These great packages are an amazing opportunity for other players to play in this huge tournament. Claiming the Aussie Millions title has been the highlight of my career and I’d love to see another Party Poker player take the title.”
Party Poker will also be holding several special tournaments dedicated to Stewart Scott. The Stewart Scott Bounty Hunt will take place beginning November 1st which will have a buy-in of just $64 plus $6 every Tuesday and Thursday. Players will earn $70 for knocking Scott out of the competition.
Stewart Scott Aussie Millions Specials will also take place on the site. Players will be able to earn seats to the Aussie Millions qualifiers. One will take pale on November 15th and the other will take place on December 6th.
Lastly the Stewart Scott High roller Aussie Millions Invitational will take place on November 22nd with a $250 plus $20 buy-in. this event will offer up one luxury $12,000 Aussie Millions package for first place as well as a $640 seat in the final qualifier for the player who knocks out Scott.
