Domestic Shipping Policy Shipment
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, duties, and taxes
Christmas by Krebs is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Christmas by Krebs is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Your satisfaction is important to us and we realize that sometimes you may want to return merchandise. Our goal is to make an exchange or refund as fair and simple as possible. If you are not satisfied with your purchase a return or exchange can be made within 30 days from the date of purchase.
** Seasonal Return Policy - Due to the nature of our business, any orders placed 15 days prior to December 24th are non-refundable and become final at the time the order is processed.
** No Return Policy - Please note that due necessary health and safety precautions, all PPE products including face shields are final sale. These items are non refundable and non returnable. Shipping & handling is non refundable. Any shipping delays are fully responsible by shipping courier.
All merchandise returned must be in its original condition with your sales receipt.

They are made in USA. The Christmas Balls arrived in perfect condition and are gorgeous. I have the Velvet Red, Gold, and Blue and the Sparkle White and plan on ordering at least one more set. It takes a little work getting them out of the packaging but the way they are package definitely protects them in shipping. I really like being able to order directly from Krebs.
Finally got all my ornaments I ordered and I really love them can't wait until next year to see them on my tree.
